SAN DIEGO MINIATURE CRAFTERS Minutes of Meeting 22 January 2008
The meeting was called to order by Vice-President Jeannie Jesse at 10:10 A.M.
No guests were present.
The door prize was won by Barbara LeTourneau—heart shaped candy in a red Valentine tin.
In the absence of Project Chairman Michelle Barnhart, Buff Greaney handled the project which was a pizza and a pan of muffins made from Fimo.
After the coffee break, the remainder of the meeting was conducted by the President.
Show and Tell: Four completed libraries.
The November 2007 Secretary’s minutes were approved...
Kids’ Table—a completed clock shop was donated by Marsha Austin-Rogers to be used as a kid’s raffle.
Kids’ Project—a trunk. Hours from 1-2 P.M. Saturday and Sunday.
State Day: Next meeting 5 February 2008.
New Business: Jeannie Jesse is Chairman of a committee to review the bylaws. Two other persons are on the committee—no names provided.
Raffle—won by Betty Hayward. Farm items, chickens atop bales of hay, etc.
The meeting was adjourned at 12:10 P.M.
