"MAKING MINIATURE FOODS AND MARKET STALLS" by Angie Scarr

This book has instructions for making fruits, vegetables, meat, fish, cheeses, bread, pastries and more from polymer clay. The foods in this book are basic foods one would buy in a market. In addition there are instructions for making a market stall complete with canopy as well as crates and boxes for displaying food.

"FOOD DISPLAYS: Step-by-step instructions for over 40 projects" by Sue Heaser

This book has good information on materials, tools and techniques for working with polymer clay.

In addition to how-tos for making a myriad of miniature foods, there are instructions for creating wood and marble effects with clay which can be used for a variety of cutting boards and trays. Also included are simple dishes and a "coiled" basket. Most of the foods in this book are prepared foods ready for serving, including special foods from the Tudor, Georgian, and Victorian eras.
