Annual Show and Sale
Our 34th Annual Show and Sale will be held on Saturday, February 2nd
and Sunday, February 3rd 2008, at the Al-Bahr Shrine Center, 5440
Kearny Mesa Road, San Diego, CA 92111. Show hours are: Saturday
10AM-5PM and Sunday 11AM-4PM.
We welcome you to share the miniature treasures you have created,
including all scales of houses, room boxes, domes, and vignettes. In
addition, we would like this years exhibits to focus on three
themes:
1. This years club project: Library Row.
2. Holiday themed projects.
3. My First Miniature. Please bring the first miniature you made,
with a brief description, and one of your more recent projects.
Description can be written on the back of this form or emailed to
Leslie or Debi.
We sincerely hope all club members will contribute to the exhibit
display. Your exhibits are always a very popular part of the annual
show.
Your exhibits should only be Not for Sale pieces. Please insure
that items are securely fastened so that nothing can be removed. All
exhibits are to be checked in between 8:00 and 9:30 A.M. on
Saturday, February 2nd and are not to be removed before 4:00 P.M. on
Sunday, February 3rd. Exhibitors requiring electricity must provide
their own heavy duty labeled extension cords (no household cords
please). No exhibit can be accepted after 9:30 A.M. on Saturday.
Please fill in the information requested below and return as soon as
possible. Deadline for exhibiting is January 26th, 2008. Contact us
with any questions or concerns you may have. We are very anxious to
showcase your projects !
