            RENTAL FEE:              $110.00 Per 8 foot table, cover and 2 chairs.  
REFUNDABLE:           Only if canceled in writing by January 1, 2008 or as stated in paragraph
                                       15 “Dealer Requirements”.
           SALES HOURS:            February 2, 2008 (Saturday) 10:00 AM to 5:00 PM                                                         February 3, 2008 (Sunday) 11:00 AM to 4:00 PM

Dealer expressly releases the sales sponsors and all affiliated persons from any and all liability for damage,
injury or loss to any persons or goods from any cause whatsoever, and further agrees to indemnify the
above-named parties against any and all claims of damage, injury, or loss arising out of, or in connection with
the use of space or grounds in this sale or the display and/or sale of merchandise by him/her.
The Dealer Contract does not become valid until your check has been cleared by the bank for the amount of the
table fee.  There will be a $25.00 charge for any check returned by the bank.  
Contracts and deposits must be received no later than November 1, 2007 to insure table reservation.
